How, where and how they are deliveredYou just need to set, in your website reserved area, the alert thresholds (wind, sea, storms) for one or more harbours, areas or WeatherRoutes. You will receive, either by e-mail and/or text message, a text message automatically notifying you of upcoming bad weather, without any action needed on your part. |

Warnings - When they are usefulThese sea weather alert messages allow you never to be caught in bad weather. They are irreplaceable during crusing to change navigation plans or to be ready to face the new weather conditions. When you lie at anchor, Warnings are useful to strengthen anchorage or move to a different bay in time, but most importantly to find a safe harbour before others do. |
